Is a national program designed by Skate Canada for young skaters, approximatley three to six years of age who can stand up on skates and skate forward. Pre-Hockey helps develop basic skating skill abilities in a power skating-specific environment, including, but not limited to: balance, forward skating, stopping, crosscuts, turning and agility skills. Helmets with face masks and gloves are mandatory. Full hockey gear can be worn. This session is taught by a NCCP cerified Coach(s) as well as Program Assistant(s), when available. Each session is 30 minutes.
